ASC BBQ is built around authentic smoked BBQ, family-friendly value, and Michigan community spirit. Our table is for local foodies, hungry families, and companies bringing their teams together.

The $100 BBQ Challenge

How much real smoked BBQ can fit into a $100 budget? Our planned challenge series follows the meat being sliced, the sides being packed, and the final spread being revealed. Brisket, ribs or pulled chicken, cowboy beans, and cornbread are at the heart of the challenge. Check the current menu for available meals, exact portions, and prices.

Our Community Mission

For every 10 qualifying family meals sold, ASC BBQ aims to sponsor one community meal donation for veterans and people in need. This goal is subject to a published budget and available funds, not an automatic donation guarantee. We plan to share results as the program develops.
